Dave P purchased this, the only known 3000GT Black Special left, in 2017 off of the deceased owners widow. He had laid the car up in 1987 and had partially completed a major modification and restoration. The car was in remarkably solid condition but needed “reverting back” in some areas as it’s such a rare specimen. It is currently undergoing restoration with the hoped for road return date of 2021.
