Finally the weather seems to be turning summery and many of you will be attending outdoor shows up and down the country. The Club has not booked any stands at local events at present - WITH ONE NOTABLE EXCEPTION -as members seem to prefer to stay local and "do their own thing".
There are though two key events for your diary.
The weekend of 30th June, Sunday 1st July will see the second "Club Rally", this time around the flatter countryside of North Norfolk. After last summer's successful and popular debut event in the North Yorkshire Moors, at total of 12 vehicles will be taking a slow meander through Norfolk's picturesque countryside.
Then, on Sunday 15th July, we will once again stage the Club National Rally as part of the superb Old Ford Rally at the National Motor Museum, Gaydon in Warwickshire.
The one exception to the local shows is a new event for the Club, at the Ripon Classic Car Gathering at Ripon Race Course on Sunday 29th July. The Club have never previously had a stand at a northeast event but, with the number of members from the region on the rise, we've decided to "give it a go". If you'd like at attend please contact the Club for details - and don't leave it till the last minute!
