Martyn has owned his Capri since 1990. One of several he’s owned over the years, this was a friends who got it off an old boy for £500 quid.

He swapped it for his 2.8 injection.  This was in 1990 and he couldn’t afford a rebuild but it was in good condition so it just wanted new wings, a rear arch and a repaint  It’s a 1600 GT with the L option, no radio so journeys can get boring at times. It is in Ermine White with a black vinyl roof and beechwood interior.  Has around 60,000 on the clock in 2020. Martyn needs to get some jobs done on her but it’s all about time and money.  It’s a lovely June 71 car, sold by Pratt’s of Sutton in Surrey.  He doesn’t use it as much as he would like as his garage is 30 minutes away from where he lives.  It has what he describes as Dunlop Rostyle wheels which he prefers.
