Hampshire based David actually has two Mk1s. The second will hopefully be back on the road this summer and, when it is, will be added here. The first though is a superb original example of the 1300L pre-facelift model of 1969 vintage and finished in Silver Fox. He bought the car in a sealed bid auction - its previous lady owner having passed away. The car has covered a very low mileage. David restored the car in 2008 -2009 and has subsequently taken in many shows including an appearance on our Club stand at the NEC in November. He also participated in a photoshoot for a Classic & Sports Car magazine article in August 2009.
